Biographical Info

Named one of Long Island’s “Top Influentials” by Long Island Business News, Katherine is a leader in the field of public relations — providing counsel to hundreds of current and former clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area. An expert communicator and strategist, she forges strong relationships with members of the media as well as businesses, foundations, associations, and community and government leaders. From health care to real estate to energy, tri-state industries benefit from Katherine’s proactive representation and strategic counsel.

Named a New York State Woman of Distinction, Katherine was honored by Women on the Job, is the recipient of Promote Long Island’s Spirit of Long Island Award for Entrepreneurship, and is a charter member of the Top 50 Women on Long Island Hall of Fame. She has published articles in national magazines and major daily newspapers, appeared on national television and radio, and has presented seminars on marketing and public relations throughout the United States.

Katherine is a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Association and former board member of North Fork Bank. She also serves on the boards of several business associations and educational and humanitarian organizations, including: Long Island Angel Network; United Way; Quality Review Board of Stony Brook Hospital; Chairman’s Council of the Heckscher Museum of Art; and Regional Plan Association. Former affiliations include: Chair, Board of Directors, Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce; U.S. Congressman’s Citizens Review Board; Suffolk County Small Business Advisory Commission; and membership on the Board of Directors of the United Way of New York State, the Long Island Partnership, the Family Service League, Nassau County Boy Scouts, Stony Brook University, and the Education and Assistance Corporation.
