If you or a loved one had Cablevision service from 2004 to 2016, you may be due a settlement, but you need to submit a claim by Sept. 23.

This One Takes the Cake

Thanks to some now nicely-rich attorneys, you may legally sing Happy Birthday in the public domain. A judge awarded $4.6 million in legal fees in the ‘highy complex’ case that, frankly, had no one we know losing sleep. Oh, by the by, the settlement was on top of the attorneys’ hourly rate of $820.
