The Folio Awards recognize quality news on the hyperlocal Long Island, New York City regional and National levels. The judging process helps create discerning news consumers while providing important feedback to news creators. The Folio Awards audience is a veritable who’s who in news media, business and community leaders from Long Island (where FMC is headquartered), the New York Metro Area and across the nation. Supporting the Folio Awards also provides support for FMC’s mission to advocate for quality news and work to create a media-savvy society in today’s media-driven world.

Currents Clips by New York Sea Grant

Launched in mid-2019, “Currents Clips” is a series of one- to two-minute videos that immerses New York Sea Grant’s (NYSG) Web site visitors, social media followers and NY Coastlines e-newsletter subscribers into the program’s coastal research, extension and education stories.

Breaking Bread at Long Island Cares
