Biographical Info

Dr. Islam is assistant professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In addition, he is co-founder and principal consultant with Talent Metrics, where he collaborates with organizations through consulting engagements in areas such as training and development, selection, survey design, performance management, and team building.
 
He is a passionate advocate for the fields of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and training. He currently serves as the President of the Long Island Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
