Biographical Info

Ms. Daglian is a passionate advocate for equitable transit solutions and a dedicated user of public transportation. She is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead to improve mobility for the region at a time with unprecedented federal investment and interest in transit, while understanding the many challenges that must be overcome. She is committed to keeping riders first – with safe, reliable, accessible and affordable service – even as the struggle for dedicated funding intensifies. Ms. Daglian is actively involved with community and business organizations, elected officials, and other advocacy and good government groups to help achieve the goals of the PCAC, its three rider Councils – the LIRR Commuter Council, Metro-North Railroad Commuter Council and NYC Transit Riders Council – and MTA Board members: to improve transit for riders and the region as a whole.
