Hilary JM Topper is the chief curator of NY Lifestyle Blog (http://www.NYLifestyleBlog.com), A Triathlete’s Diary Blog (http://www.ATriathletesDiary.com) and host of Hilary Topper on Air (http://www.HilaryTopperonAir.com) podcast. The two blogs are published twice a week and her podcast airs weekly. NY Lifestyle Blog was conceived in 2008 and includes restaurant reviews, travel tips, lifestyle stories and more has more than 80,000 unique visitors. A Triathlete’s Diary (50,000 unique monthly visitors) was established in 2011 and stories include everything about swimming, cycling and running. The podcast, with 250,000 listeners, is geared for small business owners to grow both personally and professionally.
She was an early adopter of social media and in 2009, wrote her first book, “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Social Media but were afraid to ask….” She also formed the Social Media Association. Currently, Hilary is now finalizing her second book, entitled, “Branding in a Digital World,” which will be published in January 2020.
Hilary is CEO of HJMT PR, a 28-year-old, award-winning, full-service PR and Social Media Marketing Firm. In addition, Hilary has been teaching at Hofstra University for more than five years as an Adjunct Professor for both graduate and undergraduate PR students. Recently, she received an Emmy nomination for her video work and recognition from the Stevie Awards as a judge.
In her spare time, she teaches the Galloway method to new and experienced runners throughout Long Island. She also trains for triathlons and formed an international triathlon team of more than 600 members worldwide.
