The featured speaker is Deb Shaw,a Fortune 50 senior executive, award-winning entrepreneur, author and former Senior Vice President, Chief Global Diversity & Engagement, PepsiCo. Fortune named her one of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business.  Shaw is the acclaimed founder of PepsiCo’s Transformational Leadership Program, which then-PepsiCo. Chairman Indra K.
