• Form, entry and fee should be returned to Fair Media Council, Briarcliffe College, 1055 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714 by due date.
• Fees for News & Social Media Categories:
• Professional Entry Fee: $25  
• Student Entry Fee: $15
• FMC Member Entry Fee (members are eligible to enter Social Media categories only): $20
• Checks should be made out to Fair Media Council
• Deadline for Entries: Jan. 22, 2010, 5 p.m. in FMC office. (If delivering, may leave at Reception Desk at Briarcliffe College) Late entries will not be accepted.
